There is no charge for the initial interview. If you decide to hire Mr. Clark and your case involves a claim for benefits, he will represent you on a contingent-fee basis. This means that you will not be charged a fee unless your case is decided favorably and benefits are paid. If you receive a favorable decision, Social Security will, in most cases, withhold 25% of your past-due benefits and will pay that amount directly to us, up to a maximum of $6,000. Clients are responsible for out-of-pocket costs win or lose, but payment arrangements can be made.
