At the law office of Lyle M. Clark, Jr., we have been helping people like you obtain Social Security Disability and SSI benefits for over 25 years. Our small, intimate firm works as a closely-knit team, combining the advantages of experience with a supportive, people-friendly environment. Unlike some firms, where clients may not meet their lawyer until the day of the hearing, attorney Lyle Clark insists on personally getting to know each client during the initial interview. If your claim proceeds to a hearing, he will meet with you for a pre-hearing conference to assist you in becoming comfortable with the hearing process and to discuss the issues that may affect the outcome of your case. While your case is awaiting resolution, you may feel free to call or e-mail Mr. Clark or his staff at any time with questions or concerns or to provide information relevant to your case. There is no charge for the initial interview. If you decide to hire Mr. Clark and your case involves a claim for benefits, he will represent you on a contingent-fee basis. This means that you will not be charged a fee unless your case is decided favorably and benefits are paid. If you receive a favorable decision, Social Security will, in most cases, withhold 25% of your past-due benefits and will pay that amount directly to us, up to a maximum of $5,300. Clients are responsible for out-of-pocket costs win or lose, but payment arrangements can be made. Lyle Clark is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives and a long-time member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
